Brazilian Cooking Workshop — Feijoada & Caipirinha

In this hands-on cooking workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare two of the most beloved symbols of Brazilian cuisine — the hearty and flavorful Feijoada (black bean stew with meats) and the refreshing, citrusy Caipirinha, Brazil’s world-famous cocktail.

Set amidst the peaceful greenery of Cantos da Mata in Mogi das Cruzes, this experience will take you through the key ingredients, traditional tools, and authentic techniques behind these iconic Brazilian recipes.
You’ll cook, taste, and celebrate the joy of Brazilian food culture in a relaxed, nature-filled setting.

• The experience takes place at Cantos da Mata — Mogi das Cruzes, in a beautiful natural setting reserved exclusively for our group.
• Parking is available on-site.
Once you leave the paved road, you’ll drive about 1 km along a well-maintained dirt road — take this short route as a chance to slow down and enjoy the surrounding nature.
• Start time: 10:00 a.m. (we’ll wait until 10:15 a.m. for all participants to gather in the main hall)
• Duration: 4 hours
